At Over the Moon, we are currently dreaming of the return of the turkey days.
In the same way that late winter is the time for starting seeds, making flower plans, and field plans, it's also the time where our pastured poultry plans start go get kicked into high gear!
That looks like making production plans, doing a lot of financial calculations about what's possible and what makes sense, placing orders for birds, working with a feed specialist, and soon starting construction on a brooder that will dramatically increase our production capacity.
We are feeling ever more excited to be growing in ways that will allow us to provide even more high quality, humanely raised turkey, duck, and chicken to our communities.
