This has really been one of the big themes of the last few years and we thought we should share some of what's coming for the growing season ahead!
#1: MORE SPRING FLOWERS! We are so excited to be offering a 4 week long Spring CSA share for the first time this year. We have thousands of tulips tucked in the ground and have already started hundreds of seedlings that will get planted in the high tunnel before we know it! We can't wait to share the bounty of early blooms with our incredible Eastern Iowa community.
#2: A custom coffee roast we've been working with another local business on. It's going to be such a fun thing to add onto your orders or to share with a loved one as a gift.
#3: Continuing with the Meat CSA YEAR ROUND! Sign ups are currently open for spring and summer and are continuing to fill up quickly.
#4: More turkeys! Specifically we'll have cuts of turkey in the Summer Meat CSA + beyond. As well as available for the fall holiday season, of course.
#5: This is the first year we will have pekin ducks available for sale. If you're a restaurant or individual in Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Dubuque, Waterloo, Manchester or the surrounding communities looking for a consistent supply of pasture raised duck, please reach out!
